Hi. I'm writing on behalf of my Grandfather, Arthur Melvin Pierce, Korean War Veteran, Air Force. He is 90 and has been living in a care facility in Gooding, ID after suffering a stroke and fall three years ago. While in the facility, burglars broke into his storage unit and stole items. Included in the items was two Korean War medals that he would like very much to replace. Is this possible? Who do I talk to about this to, and who would I give details to? Any help is appreciated.
